Inaugurated in September 2009, the House of Stories Paula Rego’s mission is to make known the work of the artist, hosting a permanent exhibition and two temporary ones per year. Consisting of several bodies and surrounded by trees, the building is designed by the architect Eduardo Souto de Moura, having won the Secil Architecture Prize in 2011.
