-Where can I buy my tourist ticket?

Through the Scotturb website, physical Scotturb sales offices or on board with the driver. 

- What information do I need to make an online purchase?

• The email address
• The NIF, if you want to assign a tax number to the invoice
• Bank credit or debit card for payment  

- How many tourist tickets can I buy at once?

You can buy up to 10 tickets in one go on the Scotturb website. In the case of a larger group, a larger quantity can be bought at a Scotturb sales office, subject to the availability of seats on the bus.

-I bought the ticket for the wrong circuit and/or made an extra purchase. Can I exchange or cancel the ticket?

Tickets cannot be changed or refunded. 

-Do I need to book the day of the tour?

Not necessary. The service is available daily between 9am and 7pm, starting from the moment the ticket is validated.

- How do I validate my ticket?

After online purchase, validation will take place on board a Scotturb bus. Depending on the circuit, the same ticket can be used several times on tourist routes.

-My bank card is foreign. Can I make the purchase?

Yes. To carry out the transaction, simply define the country of the card.

- What payment methods are available?

Debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and ATM reference.

-What if I don't have a bank card?

You should go to a Scotturb sales office and pay in cash.

-How can I confirm that payment has been made?

You will receive a confirmation email with the voucher and invoice after the payment has been approved by the bank.

-I haven't received a confirmation email and now what?

Confirm that the amount has been debited from your account. If so, wait up to 24 hours to receive the email. You can also check your spam folder. - Can I use my Navegante card to top up my tourist ticket?

 No.

-Do children pay?

 Up to 4 years old are free.

-Can I bring a pet?

Only guide dogs or small pets may be accompanied, provided they are properly secured.
