Morcheeba Contest Rules
Scotturb is promoting a contest entitled "The most original sentence with the highest number of likes, containing the words: Morcheeba, Scotturb and Casino Estoril, wins double tickets for the Morcheeba concert at Casino Estoril", as follows:
1. Duration and access
1.1 The contest runs from June 12 to June 17, 2018 and consists of writing an original sentence about the Morcheeba concert at Casino Estoril.
1.2 This contest is only available through Scotturb's Facebook Page and Instagram.
2. Rules for Participation
2.1. The contest is intended for all fans of Scotturb's Facebook Page and Instagram (to be fans you must "like" and become "followers" of the respective pages) who "post" an original sentence which includes Scotturb's name and has to do with the Morcheeba concert at Casino Estoril, complemented with the identification of the friend to accompany the winner in this concert.
2.2 There is no sentence limitation for each participant.
2.3 Participations that do not cumulatively fulfill the participation conditions defined in the previous numbers will be excluded.
2.4 Participants in the contest may be employees or family members of employees of Scotturb.
3. Jury
3.1. The phrases will be evaluated by a jury, with the highest number of likes obtained in each entry as the criterion for selecting the 10 winning phrases.
3.2 The jury will be made up of Scotturb members.
4. Award
4.1. The 10 phrases with the most likes will be awarded with 1 double ticket to attend the concert to be held on June 20, 2018, at Casino Estoril at 10:00 pm.
4.2. The prize is neither exchangeable nor convertible into currency.
5. Announcement of the winning phrase and awarding of the prize.
5.1. The winning sentences will be announced on Scotturb's Facebook and Instagram pages on June 18, 2018, starting at 12:00 noon. Winners will need to contact us through our social networks, by private message, to claim their prize, providing us with the following details: full name and citizen card number until June 19 at 10h00.
6. Exclusion
6.1 Scotturb reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, posts which use offensive language, promote intolerance or hatred, or have commercial aims.
6.2 Failure to comply with the conditions set out in these regulations will determine the exclusion of the participant, as well as Scotturb's refusal to award the prize, regardless of whether the participant's name has been announced as the winner.
7. General Provisions
7.1 Scotturb reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the present regulation without prior notice.
7.2 Winners agree that their phrase and name may be publicly displayed as part of the contest and they cede the rights to use the phrase, whereby Scotturb is authorized to use the phrases freely for any purpose it sees fit without being required to pay any remuneration, compensation or other.
7.3 The participation in this contest necessarily implies full and unreserved acceptance of this regulation.
8. Data Collection and Privacy Protection
8.1. The data collected in the context of this hobby will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
8.2 Scotturb undertakes to comply with the legislation on the protection of data privacy of participants and to process such data only for the purposes identified in these regulations, as well as to ensure that these data are treated with adequate levels of security.
