Scotturb is promoting a competition in which it is offering a double ticket for the Cascais Express - Sintra - Vigo, round trip, to fans of the Scotturb and Royal Express Facebook and Instagram pages who like both pages and share and identify a person in the publication promoting the competition.
Duration and access
1.1 The competition runs from January 8th to January 15th, 2020.
1.2 This competition is only available via the Royal Express Facebook page and Instagram.
1.3 Royal Express offers these tickets in voucher format, with travel being scheduled by the customer. It must take place between January 20 and February 29, 2020.
Rules for participation
2.1. The competition is aimed at all fans of the Scotturb and Royal Express Facebook and Instagram pages (to become a fan you must "like" and become a "follower" of the respective pages), who share the competition post and identify a person in the post's comments.
2.2 There is no limit to the number of entries per fan.
2.3 Entries that do not cumulatively meet the conditions set out in the previous paragraphs will be excluded.
2.4 This competition is valid for Scotturb employees and their families.
Drawing
3.1. The winner will be selected at random via the random.org platform.
3.2 Scotturb will have no influence on the selection of the winner.
Prize
4.1. The winner will be selected at random and will be awarded two return tickets for the new Cascais Express - Sintra - Vigo, by Royal Express.
4.2. The prize is not exchangeable or convertible into cash.
Announcement of the winner.
5.1. The winner will be announced on Scotturb's Facebook and Instagram pages on January 17, 2020 from 3pm onwards. They should contact us via our social networks, by private message, to claim their prize, providing us with the following details: full name and ID card number to receive information on the conditions for booking and collecting the ticket.
Exclusion
6.1 Scotturb reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, posts that use offensive language, promote intolerance or hatred or have commercial objectives.
6.2 Failure to comply with the conditions set out in these regulations will result in the exclusion of the participant and Scotturb refusing to award the prize, regardless of whether the name of the participant has been announced as the winner.
General provisions
7.1 Scotturb reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of these regulations without prior notice.
7.2 Winners agree to their name being made public as part of the competition.
7.3 Participation in this competition necessarily implies full and unreserved acceptance of these regulations.
Data Collection and Privacy Protection
8.1. The data collected as part of this competition will be processed in accordance with current legislation.
8.2 Scotturb undertakes to respect the legislation on the protection of participants' data privacy and to process this data only for the purposes identified in this regulation, as well as to ensure that this data is processed with adequate levels of security.
