Scotturb is promoting a contest in which it offers tickets for the Sightseeing Cascais - Cabo da Roca, to the first fifty fans of Scotturb's Facebook page who share and identify a person in the publication promoting the contest.
Duration and access
1.1 The competition runs from March 29 to March 31, 2019.
1.2 This competition is only available via the Scotturb Facebook page.
1.3 The voucher is valid from March 31 until April 10, 2019.
Rules for participation
2.1. The competition is aimed at all fans of the Scotturb Facebook Page (to be a fan you must "like" the page), who share the competition post publicly and identify a person in the post.
2.2 Only one participation/sharing per fan is valid.
2.3 Entries that do not cumulatively meet the conditions set out in the previous paragraphs will be excluded.
2.4 This competition is valid for Scotturb employees and their families.
2.5. Tickets are valid on the following routes: 13h30m, 14h10m, 15h10m, 16h10m and 17h10m, departures from Cascais train station.
2.6. the bus is limited to nineteen seats, and is limited to ten participants per circulation.
Prize
3.1. The fifty winners will be awarded with a ticket, for Sightseeing, Cascais - Cabo da Roca.
3.2 The prize is non-transferable, not exchangeable or convertible into cash.
3.3 The prize must be collected from the Scotturb sales office in Cascais between 07:00 and 19:30 on working days and from 08:00 to 19:30 on non-working days.
Exclusion
4.1. Scotturb reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, posts that use offensive language, promote intolerance or hatred, or have commercial purposes.
4.2. Failure to comply with the conditions set out in this Regulation shall result in the exclusion of the participant, as well as the refusal to award the prize by Scotturb, regardless of whether the name of the participant has been disclosed as the winner.
General provisions
5.1. Scotturb reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Regulation without prior notice.
5.2 Winners agree to their name being made public as part of the competition.
5.3 Participation in this competition necessarily implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
Data Collection and Privacy Protection
6.1 The data collected in the context of this competition will be processed in accordance with the legislation in force.
6.2 Scotturb undertakes to comply with the legislation on the protection of the privacy of participants' data and to process such data only for the purposes identified in this Regulation, as well as to ensure that such data is processed with adequate levels of security.
